The SRM6-12 fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear product is widely used in 10kV/6kV distribution systems and is the preferred switch product for various urban and rural user transformation and distribution systems.
The switchgear adopts a modular unit mode, which can be combined according to different purposes. It consists of two main categories: fixed unit combination and expandable unit, meeting the flexible use of compact switchgear in various substations.
The SRM6-12 fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear is a fully sealed system, with its charged components and switches enclosed in a stainless steel body. The entire switching device is not affected by external environmental conditions, thus ensuring operational reliability and personal safety. Maintenance-free operation has been achieved. By selecting expandable busbars, any combination can be achieved, achieving full modularity. The expansion of busbar safety insulation and shielding ensures reliability and safety.

SRM6-12 fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear complies with GB standards. The design life for operation under indoor conditions (20°C) exceeds 30 years.
1. SRM6-12-C/630DL represents the load switch cabinet, with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated current of 630. It is extended on the right side and has a left cable entry and exit mode.
2. SRM6-12-0F/630lR represents a combination of load switch unit and fuse combination unit, with a bus voltage of 12kV and a bus current of 630A. The left side is extended, and the right cable inlet and outlet mode is used.
Technical Description
The SRM6-12 fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear is installed on a galvanized sheet frame, with the switch unit inside an SF6 gas box made of corrosion-resistant and non-magnetic 3mm thick stainless steel plate. The SF6 gas box is a "sealed pressure system" that can operate for 30 years under normal operating conditions. The pressure of SF6 gas during normal operation is 0.15-0.4 bar. The gas box is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure that the gas can be released from the bottom or rear when the pressure is too high.
Switch Unit
The load switch adopts a coaxial rotating double breakpoint method, which operates with kinetic energy through the same operating hole and the sliding plate. Therefore, the switch can only be in one of the three states of "closing, opening, and grounding" at any time, completely avoiding misoperation.
Operating Mechanism
The operating mechanism of the switch is installed at the front of the air box, which is treated with special technology to prevent rust and facilitate manual operation and maintenance. It is also easy to achieve electric operation.
