★ OVERVIEW

HXGN15-12 box type fixed metal enclosed ring network switchgear (referred to as ring network cabinet) is suitable for AC 50Hz, 12kv power systems.

Widely used in industrial and civil cable ring networks and power supply terminals. Especially suitable for small secondary substations, switching stations, urban residential distribution, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, sports venues, railways and other places.

Altitude: ≤1000m (if there are special requirements, please indicate when ordering, currently there are 6 groups operating at an altitude of 5200m);

Environmental temperature: -35℃ to +45℃, maximum daily average temperature difference ≤ 25℃;

Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;

Shockproof 8 degrees;

★ PRODUCT FEATURES

SF6 ring network cabinet is easy to combine and expand, small in size, safe and reliable.

SF6 gas is used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and the constant magnetic field arc extinguishing method ensures that its arc extinguishing ability is not affected by the arc current size, with good breaking performance, low overvoltage, long electrical life, and maintenance-free arc extinguishing chamber.

It can have three workstations, multiple functions, and can be equipped with a miniaturized pressure gauge.

Simple operation, high reliability operating mechanism and locking;

Passed the rated breaking test of SF6 gas with zero gauge pressure, with a large functional margin and high possibility.

The grounding switch has the ability to open and close short circuits in accordance with national standards.

The cabinet body is stamped and formed with imported aluminum zinc coated plates, using a modular structure that is sturdy and resistant to deformation.

★ PRODUCT MIX

Overall structure

The ring network cabinet is composed of a busbar room, load switch (or circuit breaker room), cable room, operating machinery, interlocking mechanism, low-voltage control room, and measurement or metering circuit. Each compartment is divided by steel plates to avoid faults affecting adjacent rooms.

Bus compartment

The busbar room is arranged at the upper part of the cabinet, where the main busbar is connected together and runs through the entire row of switchgear. The busbar is arranged horizontally, making it easy to expand.

Main switch room

Load switch room: There is a load switch installed in the switch room. The shell of the load switch is made of epoxy resin, filled with SF6 gas as an arc extinguishing and insulation medium. There are two transparent hot-pressed plastic end caps at the output end of the operating shaft, through which the contact status can be observed. SF6 gas density meters or gas density meters with alarm contacts can be installed in the open room according to customer requirements.

Circuit breaker room: The circuit breaker room is located in the middle of the cabinet and can be equipped with dedicated vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers according to customer needs. Its breaking capacity can meet the requirements of normal switching and branch network operations, as well as breaking short circuit currents under special circumstances. Vacuum circuit breakers are particularly suitable for frequent operation of network systems. The circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operating mechanism, which has a reclosing function, reliable operation, and long service life.

Cable room

The cable compartment is mainly used for cable connection, allowing single core or three core cables to be connected using the simplest non-shielded cable heads. At the same time, the ample space can also accommodate components such as lightning arresters, current transformers, and lower grounding switches. According to the standard design, the cabinet door has observation windows and safety interlocking devices, and the cable compartment bottom plate is equipped with sealing covers and cable clamps of appropriate size with brackets. The door front frame of the cable compartment bottom plate can be removed to facilitate cable installation.

Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, and low-voltage control room

The low-voltage room with interlocking also functions as a control panel. The low-voltage room is equipped with spring operating mechanisms and mechanical interlocking devices with position indicators, as well as auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergency tripping mechanisms, capacitive live display devices, key locks, and electric operating devices. At the same time, the low-voltage room space can also be used to install control circuits, recording instruments, and accommodate more accessories.
